Settlement Guidelines

From the Selling agent:

  • Copy of sales contract and all addendums.

  • Copy of multiple listing printout.

  • Name and phone number of new lender.

  • Name and phone number of listing agent.

  • Marital status of purchasers.

  • Power of attorney needed for settlement?

From the Listing agent:

  • Mortgage payoff information -- lender name, loan number and phone number.

  • Name and phone number of HOA or Condo association.

  • Total Commission.

  • Termite report.

  • Marital status of sellers.

  • Power of attorney needed for settlement?
